Kristel is a saint. She agreed to take on this custom order, and after much emailing back and forth to get every detail right (I wanted a very specific finish), she nailed it. I was a bit concerned when I first got this crystal because the stone is one of the softer crystals. I was not sure how long it would stay on the chain. It's holding up beautifully, and I would recommend this product to others.
